Dr. Lindsay Rite is a Chiropractor with advanced training in movement, exercise therapy, sports rehabilitation, and complex pain management. She has recently joined the team at Klinik in East Vancouver and is currently accepting new patients.
Dr. Rite has transitioned from her role as Director of Integrative Health at Changepain Medical & Allied Health Clinic after nearly 10 years with the organization, where she worked in interdisciplinary care, complex pain management, rehabilitation, and clinical leadership. She is excited to bring this depth of experience to her growing practice at Klinik, with a continued focus on helping people move well, recover from injury, manage persistent pain, and stay active.
Dr. Rite works with people of all ages and activity levels, from those looking to stay active to high-performance athletes. Her clinical interests include sports injuries, spinal pain, movement optimization, exercise-based rehabilitation, and persistent musculoskeletal conditions. She has extensive experience working with chronic pain, central sensitization, CRPS, chronic fatigue syndrome, and other complex pain conditions. She also has a strong background in sports care and has been part of integrated sport teams supporting athletes at the Pan American Games, the Rugby Sevens Championship, and Canada West Wrestling. Her approach is empowering and evidence-informed, combining manual therapy, personalized education, and individualized exercise.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Rite is passionate about advancing evidence-informed healthcare. She is a Founder and Program Developer of the Military Veterans Alpine Challenge (MVAC), an initiative supporting Canadian Veterans. She co-led the inaugural Alpine Challenge and continues to contribute to the program and its work with the Chronic Pain Centre of Excellence for Canadian Veterans (CPCoE). She has also contributed to provincial and national initiatives including BC ECHO for Chronic Pain, Pain BC, and the Canadian Chiropractic Guideline Initiative (CCGI).
Dr. Rite has also served as Vice Chair of the Patient Relations Committee for the College of Chiropractors of British Columbia and as an Examiner with the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board, reflecting her ongoing commitment to clinical excellence, education, and the advancement of the profession.
